We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

2. 30-Day Free Trial

Eligible businesses may qualify for our 30-day free trial. Participation requires:
• A positive review at the conclusion of the trial
• Permission to feature your business in our public portfolio and marketing materials
• Submission of photo/video content to support marketing efforts

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in early termination of the trial period.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely communication, access to required materials, and necessary approvals to ensure smooth execution of services. Delays caused by lack of response or missing materials may affect delivery timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

All content created by More Migos Marketing + during the engagement remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for business purposes.

5. Payments & Refunds

Outside of the free trial, all services are invoiced according to the agreed package. Payments are due within the terms specified on the invoice. Refunds are not offered for completed services.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide impactful marketing strategies, but we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., sales increases, follower growth). More Migos is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from our services.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any data collected will only be used to deliver our services or communicate with you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
